This is a form in Russian that might reference the Sherman family (Szerman) and might be about Bluma (Blima) Sherman.

4/18/2012 12:16 PM This is a WWII evacuation form for Bluma Penkosovna(?) Sherman and her two daughters: Ida Grigorievna (b.1933) and Ljusya Grigorievna (b. 1937). They were evacuated from Novaja Street, Kamenets-Podolskij (the name of the town is contracted in the form), Ukraine to Kaganov district of Fergana oblast' of Uzbekistan. There is a more precise address on the form, but I can't read it reliably. Something Dimitr..., perhaps Tupol' village. Bluma did not work and did not have a profession before the evacuation. She was doing some agriculture work on a collective farm in the evacuation.
