3/25/2012 4:33 PM This and the previous letter are Jewish community announcements to the Jewish population of Zofievka concerning the upcoming local elections and the different candidates.
3/26/2012 2:18 AM This is a Jewish community announcement regarding the candidates and the composition of the voting lists.

There are 15 names mentioned in the last four lines. For many of them it is difficult to give a reading with any degree of certainty.
