I would like to know:
1. What is written over the red lines?
2. What is the meaning of the 3 digits and 4 digits numbers over green lines? Does anyone know for what are those reference numbers?

12/15/2011 2:12 PM I can read "Tax frey", but it is impossible to know what this is about without mofe information. From what kind of a document is this? It would be helpful to upload the whole document.
12/15/2011 5:38 PM Irit, according to translated document formats I have, the word Unmerkung (+ various similar spellings) means "Father's Affirmation of Paternity."

The numbers may be references to records registering children of which Wolf Blumenfeld is affirming paternity. (One of my documents has the number 1071 in the upper right corner.) Since the numbers 1249, 1255 1266 and 1267 are in sequence, it seems plausable that they refer to specific records.

Since i do not know much about these records or the language, be advised that my info is only a guess.

12/16/2011 2:03 AM "Anmerkungen" (with a capital A) simply means notes. This document appears to be a tax list for property owned by Wolf Blumenfeld (land maybe?). Tax is not only an english word but was used as a German word for tax as well. The first three above the red lines are: Tax frey (today: steuerfrei) - tax free. The last above the red line is Tax 21 - tax amount 21. The numbers above the green lines could be lot or house number and estimated value. One would have to see the left part of the page to say with certainity.
