I found two "wedding certificates" for my parents. This one and the other is document 3.jpg, which I have uploaded. What is the difference between the two documents?

Stamp of the Israelite Community in Vienna
9/16/2011 2:33 AM In addition to the previous response:
This is a certificate from the Matrikelamt of the Israelitische Kultusgemeinde in Vienna - i.e. the office of the registers of the Jewish community in Vienna - signed by a "beeideter Matrikelführer" which means an employee of the community who was a sworn clerk.
The document bears two Austrian (fiscal) stamps (upper left corner) and a stamp for a tax in Reichsmark which would have been introduced by the Germans who had occupied Austria recently (lower left corner).
