This was written on the back of a photo of two small children that was found in the collection of my grandparents, Louis Kisner and Sarah Kotel. The photo shows a little girl (maybe four) and boy (maybe three). I would like a translation.

On  Response
5/23/2011 6:00 AM The inscription is
'For eternal kind memory to dear relative T. Valdman from your relative [feminine gender] and relative [masculine gender] Tunia and Buzia V.'

The right part looks like postal address although the card is not postmarked. Probably this is the address of the person who signed the card.
The address is
'T[ownship] Polonnoe
Vol[ynskaia] Province
Mr [or Ms] T.B. Vents'
