This is the bottom of the passport. The consul has signed it in two places. Can anyone make out the consul's name? Again, help with the Russian stamps, and comments, interpretive remarks would be great

1/10/2011 2:32 AM The consul's name could be A. Baranovsky, although the letters in the middle are unclear.
1/11/2011 8:54 AM The consular tax (right hand side of the picture) the family paid was 100 leis.
