Please translate both the French (form) and the Russian (stamps) on this passport for Gitel [Spiwak] Schaposhnik / Shapotchnik, her husband Velvel and their daughter Perel, who emigrated to the US in 1923. The second image includes the very bottom of this page.

Any interpretations and comments would be a great help. For example, on the top left, handwritten, I see "Belg," which could signify their intention of embarking from Antwerp, Belgium. Or, could it be the name of their ship, the Belgenland? Probably the first?

Can I use the number 5014 to track them in any way?

This passport was made by the russian Consulate in Bucarest. It is valid one year."

"The Consul certify that the photo and the signature are those of the holder of this passport"

The stamp : "Russian Consulate Bucarest"

The daughter Perel is aged 7.
1/11/2011 11:21 AM my english is not very good to translate it but this passeport certifie that velvet Shapanovich, russian citizen, age 36 years old and who come from The town Elisavetgrad, governement Kherson proceed to américa in compagny of his wife Ghitel, âge 34 years old et sa fille Perel âge 7 years old. the validity of this passeport is one year. it was made in burarest the 12/25 ? mai 1923 and was signed by the consul a. Beravby ?
Under the photo it'was certified that the photo and the signature up was those of the présent passeport'bearer.the stamp indicated a 100 leis'taxe.suggestion : belg can also means belgrad.
