I am seeking help with translation of the text on the back of this photo. It shows my great grandmother, Sheindl Kotel (far right) holding a photo of my grandmother Sarah, who had just come to America. In the back row are four of her children: Meyer, Usher, Ita, and Mindl Kotel. Another son, Zyama is the boy in front. The old man (center) is probably Sheindl's father, Miron Fel, but could be her father-in-law. I do not know if the woman at left is Sheindl's mother or a sister. I am hoping to learn the identities of this woman and the old man.

10/26/2010 6:40 PM I was in Slavuta meny times on a business trips, but it was some 60 years later.
Where is a back of the photo?
10/27/2010 4:39 AM I was most interested to read that you had visited Slavuta.
My paternal great grandmother was born there in 1873.
Her name was Dora Sigall nee Tanenbaum. Her mother
was Ruchel Lewin.
I would be interested to read anything at all that you could tell me about your trip and what (if anything) you found there.
