6/16/2010 8:58 PM It is a Ketuba (marriage contract). The template text is translated at: http://www.myjewishlearning.com/life/Life_Events/Weddings/Liturgy_Ritual_and_Custom/Ketubah/Details_I.shtml

As for the handwritten information, it is difficult for me to make out all of it at the resolution of the scan, but I'm sure others more expert than I will come to the rescue (or email me a higher resolution scan).

The marriage was in Newark.
The groom is Shlomo [Zvi, I think] son of [Resh-Samech-Lamed-Heh] Ha'Levi.
The bride is Chava daughter of [Natan, I think]
There is a date which I cannot fully decipher at this resolution (the handwriting is not the best :-))
6/17/2010 Date is Sunday 11 Tamuz 5681 = July 17, 1921

6/17/2010 1:57 AM It seems to me that the groom's father's name is:
R' [short for Reb = Mr.] Moshe Ha-Levi
(the name is clearer in the bottom part of the Ketubah).

Note: Ha-Levi si not the family name, it indicates the Levite status of the groom's family.
