Certificate
The Perm Public Jewish Rabbi certifies that Kovno dweller Yankel Wolfvovich (son of Wolf) Stokliskiy and his lawful wife Frada Iosifovna (daughter of Iosif) had a son on Augast 10, 1877, who was named Banjamin and by Jewish law on the eighth day on him was performed the rite of circumcision. This is recorded in metric book of city of Perm under number 10. Which I certify with my own hand and with the seal on February 7th, 1887.
