On  Response
12/14/2009 Hi Werner,

it's difficult to read.
It appears to me as:
"I, Binya Zeshmerskya, send a memory to my (m...n), Leyb Zilberman: A picture from our family with your child and my (..?.) (?)child.
Binya Zeshmerskya

It's a picture sent by Bini Zalmortki/Zolwartki [or anything alike] to his "Mechutan" Leib Silbermann/Zilberman, showing the children of both.

Regards,
Reuven Mohr, Israel

(who tried in vain to email you years ago.)
12/18/2009 The dashes stand for things I couldn't interpret. Pleas let me know if this helps - and what others saw in the test.

"I Binya Z---rskaya send my in law Leib Zilberman a souvenir. A picture [?] of our family[?] with their child [could mean son or daughter] and his [her] ------child.
[Signe] Binya Z----rskaya"
.

The last name could be "Zashmerskaya" but not necessarily. Actually, on first reading I saw it as "Zlatagorskaya" -- but then I has second thoughts.

Hope this helps.
