... died 4 Adar 2 5662.
May her soul be bound up in the bond of everlasting life

There is more poetic material above the line, hard to make out.

and her soul should be in the yeshiva on high,

The monument of the grave of the honorable and elderly woman, Mrs. Perla Ashkenazi Mitla
Passed away on the fourth day of Adar II 5662 (=1902)
May her soul be bound in the bond of life.
