It is Either 5 or 8 Adar (5)689
Which is 15 or 18 Fab 1929.
The difference between 5 and 8 is whether one line is connected to the other one or not. well -it is not connected -and so looks more like 5 but much closer than other times that letter appears on the tombstone and so it may also be 8. the 8th letter does not appear another time so I can't compare.

8 Adar [5]689 (18 February 1929). The add letter after the year is a combination of a Lamed and Kuf and is the acronym Leperek Katan that it is a "short version of the year, missing the digit 5 (689 and not the full 5689).
