This is an unknown Tarnow document regarding my great-great grandfather, Ksiel Pelikan. I would appreciate a translation from German to English. Thank you.

5/19/2009 One more Zeugnis (testimony or report card), this one is easier to read:
the undersigned master taylors (Schneidermeister) give herewith testimony that Schneidergeselle (after a boy had learned the trade for three years with a master, he was able to work everywhere in the trade - if he wanted to become a master he had to study more and was than able to educate others in the trade; there was originally also an age limit to become a master)Hiel Pelikan from Tarnow had worked from 2nd of May or March 1854 until 30 April 1857 for the local master Schije Schnid or Schniel and that his behavior was loyal, good and of morally good conduct.......
