Introductory Page

In 1978, Hendon Synagogue celebrated its Golden Jubilee - fifty years since the founding of the Congregation in 1928. A service inaugurating the Congregation's Golden Jubilee Year was held in the Synagogue on Sabbath, 4 March 1978 and a Special Service of Thanksgiving was held on Sunday, 16 April 1978.
