Cork Hebrew Congregation
(This was also the name of the principal congregation in Cork, to which it was a rival congregation. See the press reports mentioned below.


15 Union Quay, Cork. The site has since been redeveloped.

Date Founded:

Prior to 1915 . Congregation appears to have split from the main Cork Hebrew Congregation but claimed to be successor to the Remnant of Israel Synagogue.

Current Status:

Closed after 1915. It seems to have merged into the other Cork Hebrew Congregation.
