where, in 1989, he established the
Oxford University L'Chaim Society which became the second largest
ever students' society at the University. In 1994,
he changed the society from a student society into an independent organization
and later that year the relationship between the L'Chaim Society and Chabad
was terminated. L'Chaim Society remained active until 2001.(ii) |
