Previously, services held in hired meeting halls, primarily in Shenley Brook and before that, in Tinkers Bridge for about ten years from 1988. Initially services were held in members' homes.(iv)

Satellite Community:

In the late 1980 and/or early 1990s, a small satellite community under the congregation's jurisdiction was founded in Kettering.(viii)

The congregation is a registered charity (no. 1058193), registered on 23 September 1996. Its governing document is the congregation's constitution dated 28 June 1978, as amended 23 May 1994.(xv)

The congregation is a member synagogue of the Jewish Joint Burial Society (JJBS), through which the congregation's members participate in a burial scheme.

There in no Jewish cemetery in Milton Keynes nor elsewhere in Buckinghamshire.
