I am trying to locate the family of ANNA JEANETTE DAHAN SIMONE DAHAN ELI DAHAN My mother is Anna Jeanette Dahan. She was born in Morrocco in the early 1920's. The other two are her sibblings. I do not have much more info,other than her brother migrated to Canada inthe 40's and she married Jacob Lawson in 1943 or 44 and came to the States in 45-46. I would appreciate any information. Bonjour, Cette fois, je suis enfin tombé sur une famille ayant un lien très ancien avec la votre. D'après les renseignements en ma possession, Avraham Sadiah DAHAN doit être le frère ou le cousin de mon arrière arrière arrière grand père Abraham Dahan qui venait aussi d'Oran et qui ensuite a déménagé à Casablanca. Votre famille habitait à Casablanca en face de chez ma grand mère Sultana Jeanne Dahan. Je crois que Avraham Sadiah Dahan a eu aussi une autre fille : Fortuné dahan remarié à mon Abraham Dahan. De plus, je crois que le prénom de la femme de Avraham Sadiah Dahan devrait être Aicha. J'aimerai beaucoup que vous preniez contact avec moi. J'appartiens à la lignée des Dahan de Colomb Béchar (Algérie) issue de la communauté du Tafilalet (Maroc) qu'ils ont quitté pour devenir citoyens français et vivre plus libres. Quand je navigue sur intyernet, je suis agréablement surpris par la diversité des lieux et pays où vivent mes homonymes, que je salue tous très respectueusement parce que je suis persuadé que nous partageons le même sang et les mêmes idéaux. Je réalise actuellement notre arbre généalogique, mais c'est assez difficile de remonter au delà de 1905, car les migrations de ma famille nous ont fait perdre tous les documents (photos, textes, etc) qu'elle devait posséder. Je mettrai prochainement dans ce site un lien vers les pages de ma famille. J'aimerai beaucoup que ceux qui nous sont apparentés se manifestent. Shalom ! Elie

I note that Simon Dahan (b.1931) is in your family tree. About 5 years ago, I had the privilege to host Simon in Toronto several times, but I since lost contact with him. He used to live in Paris (Vincennes district), and I would like any assistance in locating him, largely just to catch up. I believe he is now possibly living in London, England.
