The Genealogical Research Division of

Stutthof Survivors

Background

300 Jewish women arrived from Stutthof in Buchenwald November 3, 1944. The women represented various nationalities. Their further fate can be researched in Buchenwald collection.

According to the original source document, the women might have originally been held by Riga police but this does not seem correct sense since many were Hungarian.
