28329 Tombstone

7/28/2013 4:18 PM I am seeking advice on this inscription. My great-great-grandmother Shifra Gluck was buried in this cemetery, sometime between 1932 and 1936. Her maiden name was Wiezel. However, in the first line of the headstone, what may be her father's family name is not clear. The first letters look like MOR or MOH, but not WIEZEL. If anyone can comment or offer any suggestions or advice it would be very much appreciated. I would have expected to see a year of birth and possibly a mother's name. 28330 Photo Identification

7/28/2013 4:18 PM Anything you can tell me about this picture would be helpful. Completely unknown who she is. The photo was found in a collection of my father's photos from Romania. I'd love to be able to decipher who she was. If the location of the photo studio can be identified, that would narrow it down. Litmans were from Novoselitsa, Cohns were from Botosani, if the picture was taken in Bacau, that would really narrow it down. Era of photo, anything you could tell me might help identify her. 28327 Interpretation

7/28/2013 4:17 PM This is a photo of my cousin Edna Kushner. She was born in Dinovitz, Ukraine but this photo was taken in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Is she wearing a special costume or is this just typical of the time period? View the post with its 1 response
28328 Translation - Yiddish

7/28/2013 4:17 PM This inscription was on the back of a photo that may be of Movsha-Aaron Splaver and two of his sons, possibly Louis and Harry. This photo was in the position of Harry Liebe Splaver's descendants. Another copy of the same photo is owned by the descendants of Louis Splaver. Can you please let me know what the inscription says? 28324 Translation - German

7/28/2013 4:15 PM Hi, I would like to know what is the surname of Moritz, indicated on the right page. Could it be ZENTNER? And what is the name of the father (right next to the surname)?

Thank you,

Yoni
