At first glance, here's what I read:

My faithful, dear Yosil (?), live!

Tzirl also didn't write the whole *week*.

She asks *about* you [the Yiddish word "wegen" means both "about" and "because"].

I think the signature on the address side may be the Hebrew word "your father" אביך -- in script it would look very much like Toyivim....
