1/19/2022 3:28 PM This is a birth certificate, dated in Mogilno on February 10th, 1897.

The birth was reported by the tradesman Gustav Gehr, residing in Mogilno, Jewish. He reported that his wife Henriette Gehr, nee Heim, Jewish, residing with him, gave birth in his home in Mogilno on February 5th, 1897, at about 11 o’clock in the evening, to a boy, who was given the name Richard.

The document is signed by Gustav Gehr and the Registrar, and the bottom section confirms that these facts match the original registry.
