1/19/2022 2:58 PM Yes, this is a marriage record. The registrar's handwriting is a bit hard to read, but I'll do my best.

The date is July 12th, 1894, in Berlin.

The groom was the merchant Bernhard Fuchs, Jewish, born on June 1st, 1859, in Kolodziejewo, district Mogilno, residing in Wiesbaden, district Wiesbaden, son of the deceased upholsterer (or leather worker) Louis Fuchs, last residing in Mogilno, and his wife Franette nee Badt, residing in Mogilno.

The bride was Helene Richter, Jewish, born on November 15th, 1871, in Driesen, district Friedeberg in der Neumark, residing in Berlin, Mallnertheaterstrasse 11, daughter of the merchant Adolf Richter, residing in Berlin, and his wife Henriette nee Marcussohn, deceased and last residing in Berlin.

The top note in the margin, dated January 5, 1939, says that the bride had to take on the additional first name of Sara. The second note, dated July 7th, 1954, reverses this.
