On  Response
1/19/2022 7:26 AM I am fairly sure the text says -

On the casino terrace,
Morczi, Annus, Eva, - presumably the three people on the terrace, Morczi, being the man, the name a probable diminutive of Mor =Morris.

The place is more problematical. That first letter could be a J, T, or S, depending on the individual's handwriting. I couldn't a match for the building, but there is a place Tinaia, in the greater Florence area in Italy.

1/26/2022 9:28 AM The third person in the photograph is clearly male, so I'm certain that the third "name" is actually _én_ "me" and not Éva.

As to what building's terrace they're on, it's missing a "hump" and a diacritic for casino (_kaszinó_), but it's as good a guess as any.
