Just received in the mail today from Poland and hoping for translation. Two pages.

7/14/2021 7:18 AM With regard to the above, it is necessary to direct an application to the locally proper voivode regarding issuing a decision confirming the possession of Polish citizenship by Your Mother on September 1, 1939. From the attached documents, it transpires that owing to your mother sojourn in Lodz in the immediate postwar period that voivode will be the Lodz Voivode. At the same time, I would like to kindly inform you that such application may be submitted through the Polish consulate proper to your place of residence in the United States, that is, the General Consulate of the Polish Republic in New York.
The receipt of the above document will make it possible to proceed further with a posthumous award of the above-mentioned distinction (possibly honor, translator's note).
