On  Response
7/11/2021 11:02 PM you are applying for Polish citizenship on the basis of your mother's information, I think.
in short, the evidence you had submitted does not constitute proof of your eligibility according to the current law and logic that they outline. they mention NY Polish consulate, and it may be a good idea to have the consulate help you with this and explain it to you in detail.
7/12/2021 6:02 AM This is in reply to a request to decorate deceased Anna Siegel with the Cross of Siberia Deportees. To receive this decoration, the person has to be a Polish citizen at the time of deportation. Submitted birth certificate of Chana Iglicka does not provide that proof. If the child was legitimate, the citizenship comes after the father, for illegitimitate births from the mother. This information was not provided.
