5/20/2020 9:51 PM Hello,

The top lines are words of praise, which I can try to translate for you, if this is important, although they are hard to read.

However, as you are most interested in the date of death: I believe that there is an additional line of text at the bottom that is hidden (or, buried). It appears -- from the stones on top of the grave -- that there are visitors to this cemetery. It would be great if you can get another photo, after the soil at the bottom is removed, so that the last line is revealed. Meanwhile, I see a date of "Wednesday the 15th of Sivan" on the last line that can be seen, but no year.

Menachem Mendel Tebin
Died Wednesday 15th of Sivan (no year mentioned)
5/21/2020 12:29 AM Dear Israel,
I don't see any indication of names or dates in the visible part of this headstone (perhaps in last 4 lines)

It is a fine Hebrew inscription (but difficult to read), counting this man's good virtues:
פ"ט (פה טמון)
איש צדיק וישר בנדיבים
כל ימיו הלך בדרך טובים
ביתו היה פתוח לרווחה
ונתן צדקה לרחוק ולקרוב
____ יצאה נשמתו הקדושה
P"T (here lies)
A righteous and generous man
All his days went in the way of the good
His house was wide open
And gave charity to the distant and close
____ came out his holy soul

Good luck,
Tsvika Rozenblat
5/21/2020 6:30 AM Adding to the incomplete translation
The final lineof Hebrew should be in the plural ( adding a yod to each work & with the final mems left out)
Final 4 lines:
He is surely the great champion (missing the letter lamed) & officer (likely a rich man who served as a delegate of the Jewish community) the esteemed "rabbi" (not necessarily a rabbi, maybe just an honorific) Menachem

Mendel Tevin (?) son of the holy "rabbi"

David (maybe Dov?) Of blessed memory (?) His soul left in holiness On Wednesday (?) 16 Sivan by our count

There looks like there is more text below ground

I hope this helps.

And purity
