Jankel WAGNER left his home town of Zolkiewka to Bolivia (and than Argentina) to make a better life for his family. He left behind his wife and daughter planning to bring them over once he settled. WW2 broke out in the interim and they were lost. This is a letter he received from Zolkiewka after arriving in South America. Would love a translation.
TIA, Tamar

2/19/2018 12:25 PM My dear cousin Yankel (Jacob),

We received your letter, we are very troubled about the bad situation you are in, we would gladly help you, however, since the town of Zolkiewka burned down completely, not even one house survived, and we have to help our own family, they are all outside, thus making it very hard to help you.
If it is all possible for you to come to Argentina, by all means, if you can't come legally try to get your way in otherwise, but to Poland don't go, no reason to go there as everything is burned down, your parents live on the street.
Therefore think it over and take my advice, I have no other news, wishing you a speedy recovery.

Be greeted from myself and.... (sounds like wife's name that I can't read)

Your cousin, Yankev Wagner
