I would be grateful for a translation of the Hebrew.

Thank you,

On  Response
4/29/2015 5:30 PM Yehudit daughter of Leib
died 5 Tishri 5721
4/30/2015 7:41 PM The previous response is correct except that the date is 8 Tishrei. The letters for 5 and 8 are very similar, but there's another heh in Yehudis that looked slightly different to me, so I double-checked by using a Hebrew calendar converter of the Gregorian date, which converted to 8 Tishrei 5721.
5/1/2015 5:52 PM The Hebrew date on the stone is 5 Tishri.
The Hebrew date that corresponds to Sept. 29, 1960 is 8 Tishri.

It appears to be a error by the stonecutter. The characters for 8 and for 5 are similar.
