8/5/2014 1:31 AM Registered 3/15 Feb 1852 in Belchatow, death of the Jew Dobra ZELWER, age 68, widow, survived by children: Dwid Nalma; Abram Mosie?, Jaken, Pinkus, Hene sons; Sura, Rywka, Zisla, Hawa, Ruchla and Cerka daughters. [NB: The "Hene" is weird for a son's name, but that's what it looks like]
8/27/2014 5:44 AM 4. Belchatow. It came to pass in the Town of Belchatow on the fifteenth day of February in the year of one thousand eight hundred and fifty-two at the hour of eight in the morning. Appeared personally orthodox Jews Wolek Joskowicz, a szkolnik, seventy years of age, and Herszlik Liberman, a flour dealer, fifty-two years of age, both of them residing in Belchatow, and jointly declared that orthodox Jew Dobra Zelwer, the widow, sixty-eight years of age, living off her family in this town, had deceased in this town on the thirteenth day of the current month and year at the hour of seven in the morning leaving behind her children, that is to say, her sons Dawid Zalma, Abram Mosie, Jaken, Pinkus and Hesie*, as well as her daughters Sura Rywka, Zusla, Hawa, Ruchla and Cerka, all of them {staying} in Belchatow. There was ascertainment by eyewitnesses regarding the demise of Dobra Zelwer. The actual act was read aloud to the witnesses who presented themselves and subsequently signed.

The following denotes Wolek Joskowicz (signed)

The following denotes Herszlik Liberman (signed)

The Responsible for the Maintenance of Civil Registration Records (signed, surname illegible)

NOTES: *This looks to be an obvious mistake by a civil registrar as, being that it is the given name of one of her sons, it should probably have been recorded as” Hesiel” and not “Hesie”, which looks to be incorrect but needs to be verified against any further evidence when/if available.
