What is the first name of the witness named Roth?
I believe the Roth family was from Vienna, Austria (but I'm not positive).

6/16/2014 7:24 AM Yes, Lujas (pronounced Lewas or Lewis) is Polish spelling, with the j for an I.

This is the back of the marriage record, and the date stamped on it is the date it was processed for something, not the date of the marriage. Use the information on the front for information about the marriage.
6/16/2014 12:33 PM The 1942 date refers to a copy of the marriage cert being requested & given to someone.
