5/15/2014 4:33 AM It came to pass in the Town of Przasnysz on the fourteenth day of November in the year of one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six at the hour of eight in the evening.

We hereby make known that today, in the presence of Icek Granat, a synagogue caretaker, thirty-six years of age, and Daniel Rychter, a szkolnik, seventy-seven years of age, both of them residing in Przasnysz, the religious marriage has been entered into by the widower Kalman Obludziner, the flour trader born and residing here in Przasnysz, thirty-one years of age, the son of Hil and Kajla the daughter of Kalman, the Obludziners, a married couple residing here in Przasnysz as well, and Tauba Segal, the maiden eighteen years of age, born and residing with her family here in Przasnysz, the daughter of Rafal Mordka and Liba the daughter of Hersz, the Segals, a married couple not alive anymore. The said marriage had been preceded by a triple proclamation of banns held in Przasnysz Town Synagogoue on the thirteenth, the twentieth and the twenty-seventh day of October of the current year, and a consent to contracting that marriage verbally declared by Juda Lejb Montwica, the uncle and at the same time a guardian of the bride residing in the Town of Przasnysz, witnessing the actual act, and, as per the newlyweds’ statement, no premarital agreement made by them between each other. The said religious ceremony has been fulfilled by Owszej Fridensohn, the local Rabbi.

The actual act was read aloud and subsequently signed by myself, the Rabbi and the witnesses, whereas the other appearers declared that they did not know how to write.
