It came to pass in the Town of Sereje on the sixteenth day of February in the year of one thousand eight hundred and fifty at the hour of ten in the morning. Appeared personally Orthodox Jews Oszer Arjanzon, a szkolnik, sixty-three years of age, and Mortchel Iwrej, a baker, forty years of age, both of them residing in Sereje, and jointly declared that Hirsz Biniewicz the son of Enoch, seventy-one years of age, a beggar, the son of not alive anymore Enoch, the son of Szymel, and Itka, the Biniewiczes, a married couple, had deceased the day before at the hour of two in the afternoon here in Sereje, leaving behind his widowed spouse Itka the daughter of Pejsach. There was ascertainment regarding the death of Hirsz Biniewicz the son of Enoch. The actual act was read aloud to the appearers and subsequently signed.
