Today 28 April 1925
I, Arseni Mihailescu, controller at the Treasury Department Iasi, as by order of Mr Treasury Administrator of this district o 6629/925, am delegated to estimate the property left by Meir Josub, deceased, with last residence in Belcesti.
According to investigations I found that Meir Iosub died on 28 January 1924 as it is shown in the abstract from the death certificate no 11/924 from the Town Hall of the Parish of Belcesti.

1- One house with 4 rooms and kitchen built of bricks and clay, basement with cellar, covered by
metal roof. 2 rooms were used in the detail trade with alcohol beverages, 2 for living, all in good condition, in the village and parish of Belcesti
2- One stable, one storehouse, one depot for cereals, all under the same roof, old and in disrepair
3- Two…..? for cereals in disrepair, all these constructions are on a 700sqm land, surrounded by a board fence. The constructions occupy 320sqm. The land and the constructions are evaluated by the Census Commission in 1923 to a gross venue of lei 7000 and are registered in the register F2 Belcesti. The venue x20, according to Art 61 letter I gives the value lei 140.000
4- 550 liters wine x 14 lei/l lei 7700
5- 200 liters brandy x20lei/l = 4000
6- 10 l Cognac and Rom x 35 =350
7- 1500 kg corn x 350 = 5250
8- The shop furniture (tables, chairs, measures) = 8000
9- Cash in the bank Moldavia…=11000

Total gross 275.000
No improvements made.
The Trade Stock being rural and belonging to the Parish was sold by auction after the death and was leased only by the heir. He doesn’t have furniture in the house. More than 10.000 lei, part of it belongs to his wife that is in life. Following outstanding debts have to be deducted
