I can read most of this birth record for my great-great grandfather, Mendel Epelbaum, but I can't quite make out the name of his father. Is it Moszko Joel, Morko Joel, or something else?

Thanks in advance.

9/19/2013 3:41 AM Birth 219 reg. in Wlodawa July 9, 1847 of Mendel EPELBAUM son of Moszko Idel, day laborer, 35 and Freyda Mendlow, 30. Mendel was born July 3, 1847.
9/19/2013 3:40 PM "Freyda z Mendlow" would mean her father's name was Mendel, correct?

9/21/2013 6:10 AM All this occured in the Town of Wlodawa on the tenth day of July in the year of one thousand eight hundred and forty-seven at the hour of eleven before noon. Appeared personally Moszko Idel Epelbaum, the day labourer thirty-six years of age, residing in Wlodawa, accompanied by witnesses, namely Josel Giter, sixty-eight years of age, and Szmul Szraier, sixty-one years of age, both of them szkolniks residing here in Wlodawa, and showed us a male baby who had been born here in Wlodawa on the third day of July of the current year at the hour of one in the afternoon to his spouse Freyda the daughter of Mendel, thirty years of age, to whom during the circumcision the name had been given Mendel. The actual certificate was read aloud to the appeared father and the witnesses and subsequently signed by all of them.

Moszko Idel Epelbaum, the father (signed with three circles)
Josel Giter, the witness (signed in Yiddish)
Szmul Szraier, the witness (signed in Yiddish)
