8/7/2013 8:30 PM Bobby,
Here is a line by line translation, beginning with the two letter abbreviation at the top.

Here lies
A contented, righteous, god-fearing man
All his days he dedicated
Time to work and prayer
His good and righteous deeds
Will be known and praised
He departed to the next world with advanced years
And after a full life
Yehoshua son of Pinchas (of blessed memory)
Died on 25 Shevat 5716

I submitted a translation a little while ago but neglected to translate the last line in Hebrew which is a five letter acronym for the phrase

"May his soul be bound in eternal life"

Which appears as the closing line on almost all Jewish gravestones.
