2/2/2013 12:05 PM Przasnysz. All that took place in the Town of Przasnysz on the twenty-sixth day of December in the year of one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six at the hour of three in the afternoon. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Dawid Taubinflygiel, the local Rabbi, accompanied by Orthodox Jew Abram Jozefowicz, the widower left behind by his spouse Sura nee Szlafmyc, making a living from tailoring profession in the Town of Przasnysz and residing here in Przasnysz, twenty-four years of age, native of Makow, the begotten son of a married couple, the Jozefowiczes, namely Orthodox Jews Berek and Frymeta nee Uszer, neither of them alive anymore

as well as Orthodox Jew Raszka Duczyminer, the maiden twenty-three years of age, living with her parents in Przasnysz, native of Przasnysz, the begotten daughter of a married couple, the Duczyminers, namely Orthodox Jews Izrael and Sura the daughter of Abram, both of them making a living from baking,

and declared in the presence of witnesses, namely Orthodox Jews Szmul Szemberg, the trader forty-five years of age and Chill Lantzman, the assistant szkolnik sixty-nine years of age, both of them residing in Przasnysz that the religious marriage had been entered into before him that day by Orthodox Jew Abram Jozefowicz, the widower and the maiden Raszka Duczyminer. The marriage had been preceded by a triple calling of banns in the local synagogue during the services held on the Days of Shabbat, i.e. on the sixth day of December as well as the thirteenth and the twentieth day of December of the current year. The verbal consent to marriage had been granted by Izrael Duczyminer, the father of the newly-wed and no impediments to a proposed marriage had occurred. The newly-weds declared they had not signed any premarital agreement. The above certificate was read aloud to the appeared and the witnesses and was subsequently signed by the Rabbi, the witnesses and myself whereas the other persons appeared declared they were all illiterate.
