YAAKOV son of Reb Dov

He passed away 10 Nisan 5700

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Yaakov is Hebrew for Jacob.

Dov is Hebrew) for bear. SOME (certainly not all) men with the name Dov have a secular name that sounds similar to bear, such as Bernard, Barry, etc.

She passed away 11 Iyar 5724

May her soul be bound up in the bond of life.
