I need family info like if it says father's name or wife's name. But, the full translation would be great.

Here lies

An unblemished and honest man, Mr.

ZE'EV son of Reb Meir

He passed away 13 Shevat 5695

May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Ze'ev is Hebrew for Wolf.

His father's name was Meir (pronounced MAY-EER). SOME men with this Hebrew name have a secular name of Mayer or Meyer.

(By the way, I do not recall ever seeing a wife's name mentioned on a man's tombstone. On rare occasions, a woman's husband is mentioned, usually because he was a prominent member of the community).

The 13th of Shvat of the year 5695 began at sunset on January 16th, 1935, and ended at sunset on the 17th. The secular date on the stone is the 16th, which means that he passed away between sunset and midnight of that date.

By the way: If this is someone important to you and you would like to observe the date of his Jahrzeit (anniversary of the date of death): The month of Shvat has just begun. This year, the 13th will begun at sunset on Friday, February 3rd, and will end at sunset on the 4th.
