SURBITON AND KINGSTON CONGREGATION - Rabbi Harris Cohen recently examined the religion classes in con. nection with the congregation. The pupils number twenty-three, and were thoroughly tested in reading, history, translation and general knowledge; Rabbi Cohen expressed himself as highly gratified with the result, and placed on record his appreciation of the services rendered by the teachers, the Rev. S. Fogelnest and Mr. D. Spero.
