Seth Kibel is one of the Mid-Atlantic's premier woodwind specialists, working with some of the best bands in jazz, swing, and more. Wowing audiences on saxophone, clarinet, and flute, Seth has made a name for himself in the Washington/Baltimore region, and beyond. He is the featured performer with The Alexandria Kleztet, Bay Jazz Project, Music Pilgrim Trio, The Natty Beaux, and more. Winner of 24 Washington Area Music Awards (Wammies), including "Best World Music Instrumentalist" (2003-11) and "Best Jazz Instrumentalist" (2005, 2007-8, 2011-12). For more information, visit

Vladimir Fridman was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. Despite a promising career as a civil engineer, Vladimir pursued his real passion Ė guitar. He was active in Moscow theaters and a Philharmonic, and appeared on Russian TV. As a member of the show group Jazz Balalaika, Vladimir toured Europe, the Middle East and Japan and released four albums. Since his arrival in the United States in 1998, Vladimir performs frequently as a soloist and as a member of Gypsy Strings and TransAtlantic Duo. The album Ole Guapa released with Gypsy Strings, won the WAMMIES Award, in 2001. He has a new solo album, Klezmer Reflections, blending instrumental Klezmer melodies, Jewish traditional songs and his original compositions. Bob Abbott graduated with honors from Salisbury State University where he earned his B.A. in music. Since moving to the Baltimore-Washington area in 2000 he has actively been a freelance bass player, arranger, and composer. Bob regularly performs with Bay Jazz Project, Susan Jones, Brian Litz, Seth Kibel, Big Band Caliente, Vladimir Fridman, Don Stapleson, & Jerry Lynn. He plays in various ensembles at the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Blues Alley, Rams Head on Stage, at music festivals, embassies and political functions. In 2011 he performed in Croatia and was a guest musician and judge at the Zagreb Guitar Show. Bob has had the privilege to perform with vocalist/historian, the late Ruby Glover, tenor sax legend Buck Hill, clinician and alto great Ron Kearns, and has recorded with NYC session player Jim Snidero. Bob is an endorsed artist for JanAid Basses & GuitarStrap.It. Bob has recorded with Michael and the Little Professors, Bay Jazz Project, The Folk Heroes, Kindred Spirits, The Good News Sound, Sean Lane, Susan Jones and Seth Kibel, and independent film sound track recording for NYC composer Tim Starnes. Bobís is also a Middle School Choral Director for Anne Arundel County Public School.
