Map Key:
Red Lines = Modern borders
White = Poland
Green = Russia
Pink = Lithuania
Gold = Belarus
Light Blue = Ukraine
Red = Slovakia
Pale Green = Czech Republic
Blue = Germany

And here is the map of Poland today. To the east, the former Soviet Union is gone, replaced with the new independant nations of Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine. To the south, Czechoslovakia has split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
