My genealogical journey began while helping my grandmother plan for her 100th birthday. She told stories of her relatives and wondered what had happened to those she’d lost contact with over the years. I have always enjoyed solving puzzles and research. Genealogy combines these two to tell a story of the past. I have been researching my family for the past decade, sharpening my skills and building a bigger genealogical toolbox with classes at JewishGen.
