October 26, 1939 Krakow becomes capital of German-Occupied Poland
December 1939 Schindler takes over enamelware factory in Krakow
1940 – early 1941 Jews expelled from Krakow to other towns
March 1941 Ghetto established in Krakow
June 1942 Plaszow Camp constructed.
June – October 1942 First large transport to Belzec Jews deported and mass shooting in Krakow
February 1943 Goeth in command in Plaszow
March 1943 Ghetto liquidated.
August 1944 Schindler builds his own camp at Emalia Schindler's factory closed.
September 1944 Workers taken to Plaszow
September 1944 Schindler selects Jews for N.K.F. factory.
October 1944 Schindler goes to Hungary to inform the world Evacuation of Jews to Brunnlitz (men) and Auschwitz (women)
January 1945 Plaszow closed
May 8, 1945 Remaining Jews sent to Auschwitz
May 9, 1945 World War 11 ends Soviet army liberates Brunnlitz
April 28, 1962 Schindler: “Righteous Person” Yad Vashem
October 9, 1974 Schindler dies in Frankfurt, Germany
