I would appreciate a full translation of the Hebrew inscription on my great-grandmother's matzevah. The other side is in English. She died on 3 Sep 1883, and was born in Ostrowo, Prussia/Ostrow Wielkopolski, Poland in 1839. I have another very slightly different image I can send if this is not fully readable.

An important woman
Bertda or Bertha
Daughter of Michel Markus
Wife of Be.m.l (looks like Betmil) followed by a second given name maybe Ozer.
Died on day 2 (Monday) first day of the month of Elul 5643.

5643 looks more like 5642, but 5643 matches your civil date.

What does the English side say?
