7/7/2014 8:04 AM Number one hundred and ninety-one. It came to pass in the City of Warsaw in the office of a Civil Registrar for Non-Christian Confessions of the City of Warsaw Precinct Six on the twenty-second day of July in the year of one thousand eight hundred and sixty-one at the hour of half past eleven before noon. Appeared personally Hersz Leib Himelfarb, a cap-maker, of the Jewish faith, thirty years of age, residing in Warsaw at one thousand eight hundred and fourteen Franciszkanska Street, the father of the baby whose birth was recorded by means of the actual act, accompanied by witnesses Josek Gotsforcht, a szkolnik, forty-four years of age, residing at one thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine Franciszkanska Street and Nute Rosenblit, a cap-maker, twenty-nine years of age, residing at two thousand two hundred and eighty-two Mila Street, both of them being of the Jewish faith and residing in Warsaw, and showed us a female baby, lawfully begotten by Hersz Leib and Laia Przedborski the daughter of Lejzor, the Himelfarbs, a married couple, declaring that the very same had been born here in Warsaw in an apartment located at number one thousand eight hundred and fourteen on the fifteenth day of July in the year of one thousand eight hundred and sixty-one at the hour of two in the morning . The baby had been given the name Sura Ryfka. The actual act was read aloud to the declarant and the witnesses and subsequently signed by myself and the appearers.
