Family Surname: Schorr, Schor

Rabbi Max Schorr, wife Anna/Annie, and six children, went with the assistance of HIAS from Manhattan to Wichita, Kansas, in 1913. They left in 1916 for Milwaukee, where he died the next year at the age of 48. Two of his sons became M.D.'s. He is, we hope to establish, the brother of David, Isaac, and Hyman.

The inscription shows Max's father's given name was Moishe/Moses. Can you please translate/transcribe his surname and other lines?
