I would like the building shown behind my relative, Pauline Philippsborn, to be identified. The photo was taken around 1928, about 14 years before she was transported to Maly Trostenets to her death.

7/2/2014 2:38 AM The building could be a part of Neues Museum on Berlin's Museum Island.

7/2/2014 9:26 AM The colonnade of the Neues Museum has Doric columns like the Parthenon. The columns in this picture are more slender than those at the Neues Museum. They have no futing and no base, the bottom of the column seems to protrude below the top of the stylobate.
