Dear sister and brother-in-law
It's been a long time since I received a letter from you, but yesterday I got a letter from Novosibirsk from my son and in his letter (envelope) was a letter from you, dear sister.
I am now staying in Melitopol with my elder son because I am alone, my wife died 4 months ago, and now I don't want to be alone in Siberia. You write that I am so far from you, but now I am much closer because the distance from Novosibirsk to Melitopol is 3700km(verst), I am now not far from the Black Sea. Dear sister, I would only like to take a look at you, I think it would make me much younger. Be healthy and strong, my dear, for long years. Warm regards from my children and grandchildren. Kisses to all of you. Your brother Efim
Warm regards to sister Lizavetta and her family, why doesn't she write
